This sofa set is gorgeous and comfortable. I can sometimes be a couch potato so having a comfortable couch is incredibly important for me. I don't give my approval lightly, but I love this set. The main seat fabric is a plush, soft, corduroy that is ... quite simply ... divine. The only potential draw-back I can see is static, I personally tend to build up a lot of static electricity during my day and I did find that sitting on the sofa added to it, but honestly, that's a tiny price to pay for this comfortable sofa. The espresso leatherette looks like real leather. It's very hard to tell that it's not. Only when you touch it can you really feel the more vinyl like qualities. Honestly though, real leather has a tendency to crack with age and since this sofa set only has the backs and sides upholstered in leatherette there's no need to jack up the price by upholstering it with real leather. Unlike its Mocha counter-part, this sofa set doesn't come with storage, but to me, the comfort of the cushions and beauty of the pieces more than makes up for it (and I tend to go for space saving features when looking at furniture). The loveseat is the perfect size for two average sized adults. The sofa is just the right length to lay on comfortably, and the cushions are firm but not too firm. The Divine also has solid backs, which means no critters or kids will easily smash into the sofa and damage the back (I've seen it happen). One of my favourite features of this sofa set, besides the plush fabric, is the way the back cushions are rolled. It gives you a large cushion for your upper back and a smaller one to support your lower back. As someone with a lot of back problems, that's a big deal for me! The small blocked legs are a nice feature as well. Another thing you need to think about is cleaning. Unfortunately, the cushions are all attached to the sofa so they can't be removed for cleaning. However, the fabric should make it pretty easy to keep dust, hair, and dirt off your sofa. All in all, this sofa set is one of my top contemporary picks! Modern furniture is great (and I love it) but it's not always practical. A great fabric sofa set is usually the way to go for a modest comfortable living room.
