Please Note: When facing the Sacramento sectional sofa, Sofa LAF means the Sofa has one arm on the left side. When you're sitting on a LAF Chaise, the arm rest is on your right. Chaise RAF means the Chaise has one arm on the right side when facing it, and the arm rest will be on your left when you're sitting on a Chaise RAF. When you assemble the sectional, you have the option to build it in the Chaise LAF configuration or Chaise RAF configuration. The featured sectional is assembled with the Chaise LAF.

I went ahead I posted it everywhere online to hopefully turn the negative feedback going around about WFB: Best Customer Service I've had in a long time! I ordered a sectional couch off of Wholesale Furniture Broker about 2 weeks ago. A couple days after placing my order, I've stumbled upon the online reviews which to be honest, scared me a lot. I called WFB in attempt to cancel my order and get my money back, but since the order had already shipped, I would've been looking at a 20% restocking fee; which I did not want to pay, obviously. This sectional sofa is one of our best sellers, and I can see why. It's striking, comfortable, and spacious. It's built quite sturdy considering its ready to assemble nature. The fact that during its set-up, you have the choice of how to place it in your living room is a unique feature. This is a great family couch. If you're looking for a durable piece to withstand fort building, pets, spills, movie nights, and more, the Sacramento sofa is a cost effective sectional your family will love. The back cushions as well as the cushion on the chaise are attached by Velcro to prevent sliding and falling. The back cushions are also quite plush and not placed too far back so your little ones will still sit comfortably. The seat cushions are firm and springy, but feel as though they will soften over time with use. The bonded leather is nice to the touch and will wipe clean when accidents happen. The espresso colour is a little darker than what I expected though; in low light it will appear almost black. One of my favourite features is the storage ottoman. It's lined with black fabric to protect your pillows, blankets, toys, and other clutter. The hydraulic hinges hold up the lid so it won't slam down on little fingers. I wasn't a huge fan of the pillows as the lightly coloured part was a not-so-soft microfibre. I would quickly be purchasing a new pair of throw pillows of my own taste.
