Wholesale Furniture Brokers Policies and Procedures
We understand that in some cases you may need to cancel your order after it has been placed. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel any orders that:
- have already been shipped
- are custom made especially for you
- are noted as a clearance
- are "as is" items
Please note, even if the tracking number is not available at the time of your cancellation request, your order may still be en route. If you do wish to cancel your order, we will have to contact the warehouse first to ensure it has not shipped. Please note that most of our products ship within 1-3 business days of payment being processed.
In the event that your order is already in transit, your cancellation request will be processed as a return. As such, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return the furniture to the warehouse. Please review our Return Policy for further details.
