Wholesale Furniture Brokers Policies and Procedures
We understand that circumstances can change and are willing to assist when possible, should the occasion arise. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel any orders which: have already been shipped by the manufacturer, are being custom made especially for you, or noted as a clearance or "as is" item. Please note that even if the tracking number is not available at the time of the cancellation request, your order may still be en route. Most of our products are in stock at a local warehouse for quick shipment. Generally your order is picked up by the freight carrier within five business days upon notification that we have "scheduled to ship". If you contact us prior to shipment, your credit card payment can usually be reversed with no restocking fee or penalties with the exception of custom orders. We will not charge a fee on cancelled orders that have not been processed! All orders are normally processed within 48 hrs. A restocking fee may apply after this time frame.
If your order is
already in transit, as with a return, the customer will be responsible for
actual freight BOTH ways in addition to the 20% restocking fee.
