Shipping Policy

Once your order leaves the warehouse, where possible, we will e-mail you the tracking number so you can track your shipment online or via telephone. Deliveries are normally scheduled Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Special delivery arrangements can be pre-arranged with our office which includes evening, weekend, or expedited delivery. You can also note special delivery requirements in the comments sections during the checkout process. If you have tracked your package and found any discrepancies in the delivery, please contact us.

You will be contacted for an appointment by the freight carrier or delivery agent ahead of time so that you can plan your schedule accordingly. Transit times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Our company will endeavor to ensure a prompt and safe delivery, however, Wholesale Furniture Brokers cannot be held responsible in the event that your items arrive later than the estimated date due to geographic location, weather, seasonal demand, or manufacturer's delays. Should you miss a scheduled delivery attempt, a second delivery fee may apply. Your order can be held at a local delivery terminal or dock for up to 14 days. If you anticipate or require a delayed shipment, please contact our office.

All deliveries will require that an adult be present to inspect and sign for the shipment. Under no circumstances can the items be left outside of the house or apartment unattended unless your order ships with a small parcel carrier such as FedEx or UPS.

Upon delivery, be sure to inspect the shipment for damage before the driver leaves. All shipments are fully insured while in transit only. If there is visible damage to the packaging, you should immediately open the packaging and inspect the product for damage and contact our office for further instructions. If by chance you reach us outside regular business hours, please only refuse the item in question, and notate the damage to the item(s) and the box(s) in detail on the delivery receipt. Transporting additional items only increases the risk of damages and delays your delivery. It is important to be as detailed and descriptive as possible on the delivery slip before you sign for your items. A signature indicates acceptance; without inspecting the boxes, you are accepting the shipment "as is" and will be fully responsible for any replacements (including freight) or repair costs if transit related. Ensure you also verify the number of packages delivered with the delivery receipt you receive. As packaging differs from manufacturer, do use caution when opening your items to prevent scarring from knifes or misplacement of instructions and hardware. Should any damage be discovered please keep the shipping carton and inner packaging.

Important: Once you have been issued a tracking number, the order is shipped and can no longer be cancelled or modified. There will be a $50.00 processing fee for any change of address requests submitted in the event your order has already shipped. It is the customers' responsibility to ensure the furniture will fit through hallways, doorways, or any such pretext. Wholesale Furniture Brokers will not accept returns or be held accountable should your order not fit into your home, or should damages occur due to improper measuring. Wholesale Furniture Brokers shall not be held liable for any possible changes in inventory after your order is verified as circumstances such as seasonal delays and demand can not be controlled. Should such an event including back-orders occur, we can provide alternative options if you require delivery sooner. For remote deliveries, you will be contacted should your order be subject to additional shipping charges. In addition, on rare circumstances, usual or unexpected situations arise due to geographical locations; these orders may need to be readjusted for extra unforeseen fees. No additional fees will be charged without notifying the customer and obtaining prior approval.

Returns Policy

At Wholesale Furniture Brokers, we encourage you to be sure you like an item before ordering it. Unlike DVDs, books, or shoes, furniture is fragile and therefore expensive to ship. More than 99% of our customers are very pleased with their items when they arrive and we expect you will be as well. Note: If the items you receive are somehow damaged or defective when you receive them, they are covered under our Claims policy. Wholesale Furniture Brokers will repair or replace damaged or defective items at no cost.

You may exchange an item for store credit towards any other store items. There will be no return shipping or restocking fees in this case. (Please see exceptions below.)

All returned items must be in their original packaging, including instructions, parts and internal packaging. Items must be in resalable condition, and will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%. No orders will be accepted back without prior authorization by Wholesale Furniture Brokers. The refund for your order will be processed after the item is received back at the warehouse designated in the return authorization from Wholesale Furniture Brokers. Returns must be received at the warehouse within 30 days of "Return Authorization" date. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available to meet the shipper to arrange for any returns.

Shipping Fees
One-way shipping fees are estimated at 15 - 25% of the purchase price. Returns are subject to both outbound and inbound shipping fees. Even items that are sold with 'Free Shipping' or 'Free Delivery' are subject to shipping fees if they are returned.


  • Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Custom orders are any order that is built to customer specifications. This includes items where the customer has selected a specific fabric or configuration. For example, some sectional sofas have options for a left or right side chaise, hide-a-beds, and upholstery options. You cannot exchange, return, or cancel any custom ordered items.

  • Furniture damaged by the customer is not eligible for returns or exchanges. To protect against this, we recommend a 'furniture protection policy'.

  • Flat packed furniture that has been assembled is not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Items sold 'as is' are not eligible to be returned.

  • Once mattresses and bedding are opened, they are considered used and are not eligible to be returned.

Refused orders are treated as returned orders and are subject to the same shipping and restocking fees. In the event you cancel your item while en route or if the order is considered "undeliverable" by the freight company at the destination due to the receiver (you the customer) being unavailable, then the Return Policy also applies along with all shipping and restocking fees.

Set-up fees are non-refundable once delivery has transpired. You have five days from date of delivery to file for a refund otherwise all sales are final.

This policy supersedes any verbal communication between Wholesale Furniture Brokers and you, the customer. Any amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and be clearly indicated as amendments to this specific agreement.

Warranty Policy

Wholesale Furniture Brokers provides no warranty on goods sold. All merchandise sold on our site is covered by the manufacturer warranty only and is available upon request. After 30 days, it is the responsibility of the manufacturer(s) to replace or repair your purchase against manufacturer's defect(s). Wholesale Furniture Brokers will help you mitigate your claim, but you (the customer) are responsible for all freight charges accordingly. A photograph and proof of purchase must be provided to the manufacturer when requesting replacement or repair.

Delivery Options Policy

All US, Canada, and International orders are accepted! Any item shown on our website can be delivered directly to your home anywhere within the continental United States. Delivery surcharges apply to all freight bound for Alaska, Hawaii, and remote locations. International customers will be responsible for arranging a freight forwarder, as well as all tariffs, duties, and customs fees. Wholesale Furniture Brokers can provide a breakdown of your invoice which includes country of origin upon request. If you have a specific delivery time frame or restriction, please contact us as soon as possible. We will endeavor to meet your needs, but cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time.

$100 shipping surcharge will be added to all orders bound for US Domestic Island Destinations (Florida Keys) plus home delivery. For AK, HI, and all remote locations a 20% surcharge of order total plus home delivery will be added. Note: Standard mattresses are available in selected regions only, with exception of memory foam mattresses. Due to size and hygienic reasons, we can not ship a standard mattress outside the local region where available.

Local pickup is available at no charge (please see shipping chart above). No additional shipping charges will apply if you prefer to pick up your furniture from one of our partnered outlets, a freight dock, or a commercial building of choice. This option only applies to a commercial building that has a loading dock and full-time receiving department. No additional promotions or discounts, such as "Free Shipping", can be applied to local pickup orders.

Home Delivery, also known as curbside delivery, includes delivery to the driveway of your home or office. The driver will help you offload the goods from the truck, and bring them into the first dry area of your building such as a carport or garage. Please keep in mind that you may need someone to help move your furniture. It is the customer's responsibility to bring the items inside their premise, assemble if necessary, and dispose of all packaging. If you need help moving your items into your home or should you not be able to accept ground level delivery (i.e. apartment building), please select the Inside Placement option. If you live in an apartment building, the furniture will be brought only to the lobby or freight dock.

Small items will ship via FedEx or UPS Ground. When FedEx or UPS makes a delivery, they will carry the cartons off of their truck and into the first dry area of your building. Please allow approximately 5 to 8 working business days for a FedEx or UPS delivery once your order is in transit.

Inside Placement includes two delivery persons who will place your furniture into the designated room of choice. This service covers carrying the product up a maximum of two (2) flights of stairs, unless a service elevator is available. There will be an additional fee of $25.00 per flight of stairs in excess of two (2) flights. You will be responsible for assembly if necessary, and disposal of all packaging. The delivery agents will not move any existing furniture nor remove any existing debris (such as old mattresses). Please have your room free and clear on your scheduled delivery date. Please allow approximately 8 to 10 working business days for delivery once your order is in transit. Packages delivered via FedEx or UPS can not be upgraded to inside placement.

White Glove delivery and installation includes removal of packaging materials and assembly of product by two delivery persons. The delivery agents will not move any existing furniture nor remove any existing debris (such as old mattresses). Please have your room free and clear on your scheduled delivery date. These delivery agents can not install mirrors or any such items onto walls nor hookup any electrical components/wires. You are required upon completion of delivery to sign the freight bill indicating that you received your order in full and that there were no damages or defects. Any damage to the product that is not noted on the delivery slip will be the responsibility of the customer. Please allow approximately 10 to 20 working business days for delivery once your order is in transit. Please Note: RTA (Ready to Assemble) furniture does not qualify under the White Glove delivery option.

Order Processing Policy

For many customers, purchasing furniture online is still a new experience. For your benefit, we have incorporated this section to help provide you with a general overview on what to anticipate. If you have a specific question or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Once your order has been placed either online or by phone, Wholesale Furniture Brokers will confirm availability with the local manufacturer. With the exception of PayPal, your credit card is not charged until we have verified your specific order details and delivery requirements. This entire process takes up to 48 hours approximately. Please expect a courtesy call if your shipping and billing addresses are different to protect you (and us) from being a victim of fraud. Over the next few business days, your order will be processed and confirmed with the warehouse for shipping. You will note the anticipated date your order is estimated to leave the local warehouse or dock on the product listing. Please see the Delivery Options section for average transit times. Special delivery requirements can be pre-arranged with Wholesale Furniture Brokers such as postponed, evening, weekend or expedited delivery.

Once the local outlet or delivery agent has confirmed that your shipment has arrived, they will contact you to arrange a delivery or pickup appointment. Should your order consist of multiple items these may not ship together, but we can however ensure all items are delivered at the same time. Do not damage or discard any shipping materials, packing, or boxes until you are satisfied with your purchase. Returns must be in the original and a resalable condition.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change and are willing to assist when possible, should the occasion arise. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel any orders which: have already been shipped by the manufacturer, are being custom made especially for you, or noted as a clearance or "as is" item. Please note that even if the tracking number is not available at the time of the cancellation request, your order may still be en route. Most of our products are in stock at a local warehouse for quick shipment. Generally your order is picked up by the freight carrier within five business days upon notification that we have "scheduled to ship". If you contact us prior to shipment, your credit card payment can usually be reversed with no restocking fee or penalties with the exception of custom orders. We will not charge a fee on canceled orders that have not been processed! All orders are normally processed within 48 hrs. A restocking fee may apply after this time frame.

If your order is already in transit, as with a return, the customer will be responsible for actual freight BOTH ways in addition to the 20% restocking fee. Wholesale Furniture Brokers helps subsidize freight; please be aware actual freight charges are higher than originally charged. Return Shipping Fees are estimated at 15 - 25% of the purchase price. Claims Policy

Please inform us of any (concealed) damage to contents within five business days. Customers are also asked to photograph the damages, and e-mail the pictures to If the damages are not promptly and fully noted and reported, we can not cover your replacements free of charge. In the event that a manufacturer's defect occurs, please submit photos and a clear description of the defect to We will work with the manufacturer to best remedy the situation. This can consist of replacing the defective item or repair. Most manufacturer defects are very minor in nature and can be easily fixed by a professional furniture medic using the same quality control solutions inducted at the factory. Wholesale Furniture Brokers will hire a professional repair company in the event the situation warrants.

We reserve the right to repair and/or replace item(s) in question on a case by case scenario. PLEASE NOTE: If you do not contact us within five days of delivery that a product is damaged, your claim will be null and void. Any returns, repairs, or replacements after this time shall be at the buyer's expense.

Wholesale Furniture Brokers is not responsible for the furniture assembly, when this service level is requested. Please contact these agents directly if you require licenses and insurance certificates for delivery. These delivery agents have the required certification to perform residential furniture delivery and assembly. As a result you agree that any legal action will be directed towards such company and Wholesale Furniture Brokers will not be liable for any damages incurred to the premises.

Due to variations in photography, monitors, and lighting, Wholesale Furniture Brokers cannot guarantee that the finish of the order will be exactly as pictured. Imperfections or variations in the grain, color, or sheen may occur naturally in wood as well the dying/tanning process of leather. As a result, these naturally occurring characteristics are not viewed as damages or defects.
