The Pur 59W Full Murphy Bed is the ideal space saver for a multipurpose room. Easily transform your home gym or office into a guest room. The mattress support uses flexible slats that follow the curves of the body and absorb pressure for maximum comfort. The Full Murphy bed can be used every night for a good night’s sleep. The bed folds up and down smoothly and quickly thanks to the dual piston system. Choose your own mattress since the bed accommodates most standard Full mattresses (8-10 inches thick, 60-90 lb, 54 x 75 inches) and supports up to 1000 lb (including mattress). The open bed extends 84.9 inches from the wall. The cabinet must be anchored to a wall with a minimum ceiling height of 86.4 inches. Allow a clearance of 30-36 inches around the open bed. The dual-mount wall bed mechanism attaches to the floor and wall for maximum stability and durability. The bed and cabinets must be anchored to a wall. This product is NOT available for White Glove Delivery and Assembly.
For installation and to avoid risk of injury, we recommend a minimum of 2 people install or the use of a professional or qualified person with knowledge of the wall structure, studs, and components. Bed may be attached to wood studs, metal studs, or masonry wall structures; masonry requires use of concrete screws (not provided).
