The Spartan Mattress Protection Plan offers professional assistance with a world-class reputation and superior customer service. 

Please note, the 10 Year Spartan Mattress Protection Plan is available for the spring and foam mattresses. It covers mattresses that are $5000,- or less, for a period of 10 years - starting on the day of delivery!

If covered accidents occur, your Spartan Mattress Protection Plan will give you:

  • Fast, fair, and friendly assistance.
  • Tips on removing spills and stains.
  • Professional in-home assistance by a certified technician.
  • Replacements if the covered problem can't be repaired.

Coverage:

The Spartan Mattress Protection Plan will repair the covered mattress or covered pad, at their discretion, when required due to:

  • Food and beverage stains or human and pet bodily fluids.

What Happens If A Covered Problem Occurs:

  • Contact the Administrator within thirty (30) days of the problem by calling the customer service toll free number at 1-800-971-4493 or by sending an email with claim details to spartan@GoWFB.com
  • You must provide a copy of your sales receipt, the purchase date, the Agreement purchased, the items covered by the Agreement purchased and their purchase cost. Claims must be reported to the Administrator within thirty (30) days of noticing the stain, damage, or breakdown in your Covered Product. All repairs must be authorized by the Spartan Mattress Protection Plan administrator prior to performance of work. Claims on unauthorized repairs may be denied.

Transit Times

Transit time depends on your location and the shipping method used. We estimate a transit time of 2 to 21 business days to our major markets and surrounding areas (delays can be expected for delivery to remote areas, the Atlantic provinces, as well as the territories). Items that can be shipped by FedEx or UPS are normally delivered quicker than items that require a Specialized Freight Carrier.

Tips:

  • You will receive tracking information to track the movement of your order.
  • We ship from warehouses all over the US & Canada, so transit time varies greatly depending on the product's location and your delivery address.
  • If you're in a hurry, call us and we will help you choose from products close to your location so transit time can be minimized.
  • Specialized Freight Carriers call ahead to schedule your delivery with you. FedEx and UPS do not schedule deliveries but will leave a call tag.
