The dual piston system allows you to fold the bed up and down safely and easily. The wall bed accommodates most standard Queen mattresses (8-12 inches thick, 60-90 lb, 60 x 80 inches) and supports up to 1000 lb (including mattress). The open bed extends 92.7 inches from the wall. It is best to assign a clearance of 30 to 36 inches around the open bed for easy movement. The cabinet must be anchored to a wall with a minimum ceiling height of 93 inches with moldings and 91.1 inches without. The Shelving Unit offers 2 fixed and 4 adjustable shelves, 1 door, and 1 grommet for access to electrical outlets. This product is NOT available for White Glove Delivery and Assembly.
For installation and to avoid risk of injury, we recommend a minimum of 2 people install or the use of a professional or qualified person with knowledge of the wall structure, studs, and components. Bed may be attached to wood studs, metal studs, or masonry wall structures; masonry requires use of concrete screws (not provided). 94.1"W x 20.1"D x 87.9"H Open bed extends 92.7 inches from the wall; minimum ceiling height of anchoring wall is 91.1 inches without crown moldings and 93 inches with crown moldings.Dimensions
